Of the ground-breaking set of colour-change inverse poculiforms raised by Joerg Lebsa, ‘Zitronenfalter’ is the latest to be released (in the dormant listing last year). It is also the first into flower of the series, and the tallest at up to 20 cm.

Raised by crossing his selection, G. nivalis ‘Pumpot’ with a colour-change Czech origin clone. This clone shows striking and very long-lasting candle-snuffer shaped flowers with a characteristic long ovary, all segment markings pale yellow, also a rewarding view when the flowers are upturned.
