Galanthus elwesii 'Morgana' (dormant)
Galanthus elwesii 'Morgana' (dormant)
Found in the late 1990s, the late Simon Savage, Shropshire collector, regarded ‘Morgana’ as one of it very best snowdrop finds. keeping quiet about it for several years before revealing its existence. That was very Simon. A late, large flowered virescent where the markings on the outer segments run from the base yet concentrate most heavily towards the apex. This takes some beating.
