This set features the classic beauty, Galanthus gracilis ‘Atlas’, spectacular virescent, G. plicatus ‘Green Shadow’, gloriously yellow G. gracilis ‘Ronald Mackenzie’ along with boldly-marked inverse-poculiforms, G. × hybridus ‘Pieces of Eight’, G. × valentinei ‘Fieldgate Fantasia’ and ‘Miss Tep’ with its rarely-found pure white petaloid spathe. Six out of a total of eighteen of my very best black-background portraits of snowdrop flowers carefully selected for their exceptional image quality and also chosen as exemplars of the range of variation to be found in today’s cultivars.

The signature style of my snowdrop images has become familiar to snowdrop aficionados through my portrait illustrations for Snowdrops: A Monograph of Cultivated Galanthus (2001), articles, especially in the RHS Daffodil Snowdrop and Tulip Yearbook and used to illustrate for lectures. Now they have been transformed into an exclusive range of greetings cards, offering stylish way to marking every occasion – from a birthday or anniversary or an expression of sympathy to a simple “Thank You” or just to collect and keep!

Cards have been meticulously produced by a UK firm using litho-printing on archive-grade ‘Invercote G triple-wire’ graphical board and complimented with Conqueror wallet-style envelopes with peel and seal closure and sent post free (UK and EU) in a custom-made box. Card orders are sent separately from orders of bulbs.
